01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 99xo4 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you", "your"). By accessing the 99xo4 website or using any of its services, you automatically agree to comply with all of these terms and conditions.

New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means that winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once (unless otherwise stated).
• Be aware of the applicable wagering requirements before claiming a bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can receive additional benefits through our VIP program. The VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits are available at each level. A member's gaming activity is taken into account when determining their VIP level.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99xo4 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform's software or gaming systems.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

99xo4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account, for any reason, without prior notice.

7.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Risk of account security being compromised.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. A Self-Exclusion option is also available, which allows you to take a break from the platform for a specific period or permanently.

Any verified balance will be arranged for withdrawal before the account is closed; however, bonus balances or bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements may be forfeited.
